Thank you for visiting! I am a family medicine doctor specializing in comprehensive menopause care, including hormone therapy. I also specialize in gender-affirming care and substance use disorders.

My practice is grounded in values of patient autonomy and shared decision-making.

I studied osteopathic medicine at Touro University California, and completed my Family Medicine residency in Missoula, Montana in 2019. Since finishing residency, I have practice a broad scope of family medicine, including gender-affirming care and substance use disorders, as well as osteopathic manipulation. During these years, I found how woefully inadequate medical training is regarding the menopause transition. Through extensive reading and continuing medical education, I strive to close that gap and provide exceptional menopause care.

Currently, I only provide virtual appointments, which means I do not provide osteopathic manipulation or primary care. This is something I hope to be able to offer in the future.
